DMV child ID cards are required to play.
There will be no exceptions. Background for the new by-law from CQL: CQL has implemented a new by-law that requires each player to have a DMV Child ID Card for registration. This rule was voted in by the voting reps in April 2019 and went into effect in 2020 but we, CQL, decided to hold off because of the backlog DMV had during the pandemic. Now that DMV is operating as normal, it is time for the the new rule approved by all your associations, to become active. The league will not hold onto the cards, as we only need a copy of the ID, which your association will handle. Chesterfield Quarterback League (CQL) Application
A copy of the player's Real ID is required.
Please note that Chesterfield Quarterback League (CQL) may require validation and proof of residency.
If your player does not reside within the Matoaca Elementary school district
a release waiver will need to be completed and an additional $15 fee will need to be applied.
An MYA representative will contact you to assist with completing this process.
